Food brings people together, and there is very little it cannot fix.
Mei has cooked her whole life. For the past ten years she has done it professionally in a school kitchen, feeding hundreds of people a day and holding every certification the state asks for in safe food preparation and handling.
What she serves here is the cooking she grew up with, the kind that is hard to find around Spokane. Nothing sits under a heat lamp. Every order is made the day you asked for it.
